I'm always loaded to gross and run the nw and sw so always in the mountains or bucking against the wind. Avg fuel mi for 2012 5.5 mpg. Doesn't matter the more you make and save in fuel the more you gotta pay to the crooks in washington so they can pour it down the drain. So might as well run like a chicken truck out in the left lane. Tried running slow for 6 months use cruise and all the little tricks for fuel mi. Bored to death only gained about a .5 mpg. Put me to sleep, no way i could run 55-57 like some of you all the time. I would be upside down in the ditch in a deep sleep. Besides my loads have got to go
