How hard is it for a "new guy" to get loads/work?

    Is this like a "catch 22" getting into the game, do you need good reviews, feedback and expereince to get loads from a broker or a load board...or is it a little easier as long as you have everything in place that you need to haul like Authority, proper insurances , permits ect ect?

    Having proper insurance, authority, permits, isn't optional. Many brokers will load a new carrier. Don't settle for cheap freight to break into the business; just be patient and know what you need to be profitable.

    As a new carrier, you can compensate for lack of experience with brokers by being polite, professional, and knowing that you're going to need to build relationships with them. That takes time. You won't be getting gravy loads until you prove yourself with your customers. Be reliable, and give the customer reasons to call you back.

    That's good news, I know getting into something new is not always easy, also needing patients is a must, so is being professional, I appreciate the advice thanks.
