So lets keep everyone miles and miles and miles from the bulletin board and then rely on something as archaic as thumbtacks in this new digital age to communicate to each other. Gotta love progress :biggrin_25525:

If you wanted to, you could drop $75.00 over at TruckerCupid and find a partner, but I don't think she is looking for that kind of partner.

It's very hard to find a team partner,Just go stand in line at fuel desk cashier at any Pilot,Flying J,and just look at the well groomed, clean, nice looking drivers and just think about crawling up in sleeper truck and spending 24 hours a day,25 days a month with anyone of those beast you see..

In reality drivers aren't making more as teams because they get paid lower then solo drivers. All you have to do is the easy math to figure it out.Solos get around 30cpm teams get 40cpm split for teams give or take that's 20cpm.Werner pays I think 36cpm split for teams, who can live on 15cpm as a driver.Companies don't wanna pay what drivers are worth, they basically want free labor. For someone who wants to team in order to make it work, they both have to be compatable and the pay goes in one account. You look at CRST,most the time both parties are ready to kill each other after a month. Then they complain about low miles, low pay ect.

That's why you don't work for CRST.

Yea if it comes to that I am fine on my own....I guess if I start looking for a co driver I now have a list of things to check off and would have to hire a PI to recon for me!!!! Then get a DNA sample along with fingerprints!!
