How is CNTL?

CNTL? Coming to a ditch near you. Looks like they only hire Easties.

But I hear they have great pay, and great benefits. Waiting is becoming the norm for a lot of trucking jobs from what I can see..... Anywhere that offers drivers pay by the load / very low hourly rates are the same. Why not just run night shifts in that case if waiting during the day is too tedious?

 

I worked there for 3+ years driving and IC truck over there. It was pretty cool

 

dont have very good reputation where i am at-AB, BC. very poor driving standards, if there's crash it is 80% probability it is cn/cntl..says all about pay, driver quality

I can second this, 80% of the crashes I see in BC/AB are CNTL

 

I hope when Notley actually does the first smart move of her career by turning the pipeline off....they should truck it all to bc. Let cntl do it. Then tell me how unsafe pipelines are.
Or just shut it off completely. Turn phones off go on vacation. Let the chips fall where they may.

 

Holy COW! so since CNTL bought TransX, has anyone else noticed a surge in CNTL trucks on the road? I live by their container yard near Conrich Alberta outside of Calgary. Its literally just a stream of CNTL trucks in and out of there 24 hours a day now. They also run the Flying J cardlock off barlow and the Husky on 32nd out of diesel twice a day...crazy

They get a pay raise or something?

I doubt they have anything to do with transx yet . The deal still needs government approval just like all the transforce deals
