If you decide to go with covenant make sure you start looking for a codriver very early. Also always have a backup plan or extra money on hand when codriver has to leave or quit.

I personally would not recommend team driving to anyone right out of school and after soloing out. You essentially have no privacy and dealing with someone else's idiosyncrasies in your space day in and day out for weeks on end can be very trying.

In my most humble opinion, of course ;-)

You know as much as people critisize team driving , it does have advantages. When you are brand new, it can come it real handy to have someone there to help if you get in a jam.

Well, I have only been behind the wheel for about 7 years now and I cannot think of one single incident where having a team driver would of been beneficial to me. That's just me though.

It will be very very rough.
There is a reason most companies want 1 year experience and it isn't really just about seat time..
Its the fact that you made it thru all 4 seasons each season has challenges..

Summer construction..winter snow/ice..Holidays are lonely and depressing..as well as the busy seasons where you just run run..and the slow times where you complain because you are sitting..

I cant count how many times I packed my bags to quit to go home, but didn't.
    Good luck.

Yes I agree. Its what you make of it. I am a non religious person and they don't bother me one single bit. Been here with my wife 4 years and counting. And they have been great to us so far.
