Who would I ask what the requirements are? I don't think it would be a problem but they have gotten crazy with some of the requirements now days.
I don't know what JBH pre-work screen is but Schneider does this http://cdn.agilitycms.com/schneider-national/Video/CompanyDriver/prework-screen.wmv. This is a formula that I think they use for finding Max heart rate but could be wrong, it's just to give you an ideal. Determine age predicted maximum heart rate (APMHR) for your test subject prior to testing. To determine APMHR, use the Karvonen formula (220 -- age). For example, the APMHR for a 35-year-old person would be 185 beats per minute (220 -- 35 = 185). I know from my own experiences that when I got out and walk at least 30 minutes everyday, after a couple weeks my heart rate started coming down to a more acceptable range.
its all ties to your BP 140/90 is a high as a driver can go. If you have a high pulse than your BP is High.
That was a good thing that Schneider does. I don't think jb does that its all done at the physical. I know some states require you to pick up 100 lbs to your shoulders.
don't know about that account but most dedicated accounts through JB are money makers. Jb has good benefits and they are a very stable company to work for.
