    I did run Western for a while last winter. If you're not afraid of Ice and snow in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah then yes. If you're one of those people who park it when it turns white, no.

    Also pay scales have changed, it seems like regional tops out at .42 a mile, otr is .44
