Only if it's their fault as in they could not find you a load, otherwise no.

Supposed to interview Monday for Dedicated Regional out of Dallas, it sounds okay so I will wait to see. Oh, I originally wanted Costco but I have to live within 100 miles and I'm 128 miles from there:(

They told me 2 days for every 12 which to me is not the best but right now I just need to be out making money and don't mind being out for months before I come home but I will be home more then two days ( 4 is what I'm looking for).

I take a week or a little more every hometime and they don't bother me about it. this after months on the road.

You can bank hometime, just anything longer than 5 days they will want you to clear out your gear and drop the truck at the terminal. You'll just be issued a different truck when you go back out.

Maybe based on where you live? Dallas is short on trucks sometimes, I'm part time so I slipseat every week. Normally I hop into someone else's assigned truck who is on vacation or extended hometime, and bring it back whenever they are planning to go back out.
