They count those 80% days worked from your e-logs. So when you have a restart on the road you will have a full 24hrs off and it will count agalnst your bonus the same as if you had a day off at home.
I remember getting to a drop lot at around 11pm wanting to go home already but waited until few minutes after midnight so the next day counts as a workday and I can get those 80% and bonus.
