I know lots are citizens for sure. I know a few and they are good people but not in trucking. I am more concerned because this is from 2021 to now. Makes more sense because of how the administration let lots of people come in during that time and they really pushed the Not enough drivers.
I don't much care for them or their culture. Their food is okay. What cracks me up about immigrants to this country is their stubborn unwillingness to integrate into mainstream American culture and be "American". I get it....life in your country sucks and this one is paradise by comparison. It's just hard to get rid of unwanted tenants once you've foolishly let them move in is all I'm saying. US and western Europe is finding this out the hard way.
They are Valid but are non-domiciled CDL's. This is because of the rush to push the shortage of drivers that was supposed to be true. Never been an issue, just big companies cant hold onto people and they need to grind through new recruits to stay in business.
I would guess well over 50 percent are cheap but cheap fright is subjective of course to all. Flip flops are always optional.
I don't disagree on the ones that don't come in the right way. The ones that come in the right way mostly try and fit in our country and keep their own back ground as well. I don't mind that at all as long as they understand that USA is First and the country they came from is Last. Once you are a US citizen you give up the country you came from and represent the USA now. I know quit a few people from overseas and most are very nice good citizens. They work hard for the people they work for and the others that run there own business do very well and help provide for the communities they work in.
