When someone says that they don't drive "OTR", what do they mean?...Aren't you all OTR?...Isn't it On or Over the Road?
And, why would someone say they were high risk, even if it were true?...

Nope. Local, Line-Haul, DC delivery. It's all different kinds of trucking.

OTR is a regional multi-state gig or 48 states and Canada work, mostly.
