When I started with TA, my orientation was in Rockwall and then tested out in Olathe. They were NOT pushing the lease much at that time tho it was offered. From what I understand, they do push it now and will tell a lot of half truths (is there supposed to be such a thing), to get it done. Keep the stars out of your eyes and stand your ground, and you will get a company trk. May take a bit so make sure you have access to money.
Oh yea. Here's a suggestion for ya'll. You WILL HAVE to come to the yard each day and then motel at night while waiting. They have a storage room at ta, that is supposed to be locked at night. Do NOT leave in valuables in there but do take a small bag to carry to the motel and back. Its quite a chore, to load 2 or 3 bags into the bus.....daily.....when you've got 40 or 50 other people doing the same. Work smarter, not harder!!!
