I am getting to the point I have been to most of the job sites. If I go somewhere I save the current location into the truck GPS app I use so I can get back there

    Bingo!

I always try to learn from the mistakes of others and one thing I learned early from talking to people and from reading about experienced guys doing silly stuff is to guard against getting too comfortable. So far so good but I catch myself now and then feeling a bit too confident.

I don't know how you would measure 'experienced', anyone who had driven has a level of experience.

I guess if I ever get to the point I don't have to watch for myself getting too comfortable I'll consider myself experienced.

That will be the day after I hang up the keys. :)

The day you feel like you know it all is the day you should turn in your keys.

I would be lying if I didn't tell you I am a little concerned, I got a older truck that had gotten a water pump and exhaust right of the get go, then realized my alternator was bad yesterday, changed that,, too much money going the wrong way,, time to bring some back,, God willing!
