You'll always hear the tone change though right, when the starter starts cranking weaker than usual? Right now it still pops of every time, same timing same number of cranks, same tone, no lags or straining.

    Hegemeister Thanks this.

If you own the truck, go get a Maxwell starting module and enjoy being able to start your truck all the time.

Here just last night I was bragging that my new truck had never given me a low voltage warning, and just now it gave me one. I have a full day layover waiting for a load tonight, so for the 15 last hours I haven't started my truck once, and been using my laptop, radio, lights, everything just like I normally do on a regular night. Now I'm idling to charge it back up.

I swap reefer batteries every 2 years needed or not. A cargo claim costs more than a battery and 15 min of my time.
