062, May I ask then, Who is GOD? Do I have to answer to him or not? Now after years of reading in my Bible that I do, you tell me You're the boss. Do I answer you from now on? I would advise sticking it out and go home, get the other job and then quit. You'll leave there with your integrity intact.

I'd agree with the others that you should bide your time filling online applications and calling potential employers. You've already hung in for six days (which is crazy), another few won't kill you. As the poster above me said, leave there with your integrity intact. Don't abandon the truck or drive it against their orders. Give them no reason to file anything on your DAC (if they use it) and give them two weeks notice when leaving for your new job. In the grand scheme of things six days isn't a whole lot in life so if this leads you to a better job than you're better off anyway.

laredo is not a bad spot, you need to have connection. I got plenty of SD loads coming out. But 6 days is way too much time. Most of my driver had waited is 4 days for the load to cross the border, meanwhile i got them doing local runs. Laredo to Houston or Dallas area and than go back pick up the main load. Im on your side driver, tell the company your fed up.

I agree with the others. Only thing that would worry me would be them calling and reporting the truck stolen. As bad as they sound I wouldn't put it past em to do something shady like that. Good luck!
