I ain’t very brave, I’ve never let mine go below 1/4… why? The man who owned my truck before me @Diesel Dave told me not to do it… lolol so I don’t…

I put on twin 120s and i still havent gone more than 177 gallons between fills.

95% of 240 is 228, i assume i need 15 gallons each side to not suck air, so call it 200 gallons absolute max
I average high 5, low 6, seasonably variable, so assuming 5 mpg its 1000 miles max for me period. (Ive done 1100 a few times)

Ive had to pay for a guy to fill my passenger side 20 gallons before when i was in the middle of chicago, rush hour traffic standstill. I refuse to be there again and i dont trust crossovers to not lie to me.

1100 miles, maybe more. Depends on my weight. 220 gallons is about the most. Twin 140 tanks.

I have a gauge for each tank .. I'am like @staceydude .. I don't let my tanks get below a 1/4.. But I also have certain places I like to fuel so I base my fuel stops off of that premise

Yeah, that sucks. I carry a cheap Harbor Freight manual transfer pump specifically for nonsense like that.

My fuel gauge has never worked. I was having issues where one tank would drain faster than the other that screwed me a couple times. I've fixed that but I still never go anymore than 1200 miles without filing up. I have dual 150s and keep them as full as possible always.

My tanks capacity is 250 gal. My fuel gauge used to show I was empty after burning 200 gallons but after replacing the fuel level sensor with a longer stick, it got more accurate.

The most I've put in with 300 gallons was right around 235-240 don't remember. A guy my uncle works with ran out of fuel literally a mile from the loves in Kirkwood NY and had a service truck bring out some fuel and when he goes to pull out side swipes the service truck Lol. Talk about a bad day
