PAM is so up and down and inconsistent with this. I was constantly being "turfed" for weekends with crappy loads. They ran me up and down the mountains in PA and WV with eighty thousand pound loads. My trainer was a goon. Constantly arguing with his wife on the phone, wouldnt shower, pig sty truck and same with first driving partner. PAM will make promises and not keep them. Watch out for a driver manager guy named Neil Harral. Very abrupt and rude. The Road rescue people, payroll and logs people are good folk, but they are getting screwed too. Totally UNDERSTAFFED and you will be sitting a lot until you start moaning about getting the shaft. Once I started squeaking the miles got better, but then you will be switched to team driving and thats a roll of the dice on who you get. First co driver was a pig and new co driver is a good guy and we get a long. The pay is better but the miles are still sporadic.
