    Thanks for all the replies. Extremely helpful! I had never considered stopping for a shower during the day to avoid the night-time crowd. That would make for a nice break in the driving too. I guess my biggest concern was being without a crapper though. I like the two boards and a bucket suggestion but I'd have to have a hole in the bottom of the bucket. Not loading that back into the truck.

    You can piss in a bottle and you can make do with a bucket lined with a trash bag and have some TP handy. But in my opinion this should be the backup/emergency plan.

    You always have to be ready should you find yourself in a predicament. But as I said hopefully these conditions should be a very rare occurrence.

    Ah .. plastic bag in the bucket ... that would be better. Still not something I'd look forward to though.
