I don't care about dac or CSA. And there's no point in weighing the load. Anytime I'm loaded I'm over gross by at least 5000lbs. Was just curious if I could get mandatory retirement lol. And I don't pay the fines. The owner of the fate pays. I go around all scales and try to bypass all dot men, but officer hass at Vernon tx has a thing for cow trucks.

Did you get a vehicle inspection when you got the OW?

That inspection form is the one that gets sent to CSA....the ticket/OW will be listed on the form, and will then show up, but without the inspection form, there is no way to report only a ticket!

It wasn't too long ago that it was posted that Georgia was doing tickets for being overweight on the axles also. Making more money for the state I imagine.

He could care less about inspecting a cow truck, he just wants to check that ground pressure. Now if u happen to be legal, then u are getting inspected and will leave with a ticket of some sorts. And to the comments about if it aint loaded right or if you're heavy you won't leave with it- in cattle hauling u haul what is loaded, every time, no matter the weight. If u don't, the rancher will find someone who will and that will be the end of ur cowtruckin.
