Checked my psp and it totals 3 violations
2 from 2018 and one last year.
How many psp or csa points is that for me personally.

None. There is no such thing as a PSP score.
It's just a list of violations and wrecks.

    roshea and CruzControhl Thank this.

    2018 overweight axle 2,501 to 5,000lbs
And no us dot# sticker displayed (just on the passenger side)

2019 no seat belt while operating cmv
( I had it on partially) I fought this and it became a parking ticket....but it's still on the psp is there anyway to change that?

What happens in the courts has no bearing on what goes on your PSP report. The only way to dispute a DOT violation is to submit a DATA Q challenge to the department that did the DOT inspection.
So if if you were not wearing the seat belt properly and the officer saw this, they are not going to change it, no matter what the court does.

This is one reason I don't like that the states can send those inspection reports into the FMCSA with violations listed until any cases made are adjudicated. In my view, it's only a "charge" until settled in a court of law. It is wrong in my view for the FMCSA to take any action based on a "charge". This is something where I get really angry at the large carriers and other trucking groups. There should at least be a legal attempt to stop it. It is my layman's opinion this is a violation of truckers due process rights. Part 350 needs a MAJOR rewrite!

Don't get anymore, the seat belt violation alone can disqualify you from certain companies.
