    Probably planning a move.

Or he's a broker trying to figure out how much more he can squeeze out of the drivers without causing a revolt.

I wasn't trying to be funny. If you invented something that makes you rich. Would you tell everyone your secret ???? I would not, just keep getting richer !!

they cant afford to talk to us right now, they are busy asking for hotdog points,I made a mistake at the lease game and I survived on pb&j and the hot meal was hot dogs from the truckstop, no kidding and some weeks id eat steak. being a lease operator is like a company driver but you get to pay for everything including not seeing a paycheck for weeks, so 1500 a week after tax and breakdown eventually money will be les than 1500 that a company driver makes. don't lease purchase if you have bills family kids etc. this can ruin your family for many years, save money and either put down or outright finance or purchase a unit. Trucking nowadays takes a lot of uptime and consistency to make it, otherwise get a local or regional job with good benefits and enjoy the good life. I pull linehaul for a good company after being a owner operator for many years, I work a little harder now but I actually still get the urge of the road and doing my own thing. but in the end I cant justify doing the owner operator thing over company driver, I make more now on a w2 no more cpa and all the other headaches. I have to do my part and ride but its been a good ride so far.
