How much can I save up as a 22 year old trucker if I live on the road?

I talked to a driver that had been living in his truck for 5 years and no regrets. Banking lots of money.

Living in a truck, especially these newer trucks, isn't hard or tough at all. They are setup for life on the road as are the many truck stops that cater to OTR drivers.

Sure it would be nice not having to get dressed to go use a bathroom in the middle of the night and be able to shower whenever you want, but those are minor inconveniences and you quickly adapt to them.

Now if you factor in being away from family and friends then yes that is rough for those that need to be near them, but that would hold true for any situation where you were separated, it isn't an issue that is unique to trucking. Tens of thousands of service men and women do it everyday for much longer than the average trucker.
