Do understand that for the most part, you sleep only 4 nights a week in your truck. Unless you are working extended weeks due to very high volume (like the holidays, duh), you won't even come close to using your 70 hours a week. It is more like 60 hours or less.
Dollar amounts quoted are more for a beginner driver. For those who are "mileage" minded, on a mileage basis, my husband is doing $.70-.80 a mile, when you include all of his "busy work" pay.
You get a raise every year. You get match on a 401K up to 6%. Vs what many pay, the price for insurance is not bad. You also get a 15% discount on stock purchases and a 10% store discount card.
Please show me one trucking job where you start at $120K for a very legal, no stress, being treated like gold, job. Don't let your dislike of a successful company cloud your reality.
How much could i make

I've been working for Walmart for 2 years now I averaged last year 100,500 and I'm not topped out yet I assume maybe 120,000 would be a better number I doubt that you can make 150,000 not true, unless he's doing a different type of job like turnpike doubles but if you start with them figure about 90000 first year.

It's very hard for a Walmart driver to drive 140,000 miles a year but if they haul turnpike doubles they get paid for hooking each trailer unhooking and miles so all those activities have to be taken into consideration.
