How Much DEF is your D13 Burning

Had an issue with the def pump (pressure wasn’t stable) didn’t consume any def fluid, tank was full for the last 3k miles, and was putting truck into derate. Had also a little built up around the def doser (probably from the past when the pump was working). Also had a code p24ff00 which is about def fluid getting too hot in the def tank.

So I installed new def pump, new doser and new def tank heater solenoid valve which controls hot coolant going into the def tank.

Next day I drove the truck for about 250 miles and it seemed to be working fine, truck started consuming def with no messages or codes. So I filled up the def tank and left the truck for three days before my long trip.
Now after driving 1200 miles def tank is still full
and the code p24ff00 came back in 200 miles from terminal with acm fault message. With my scanner I can read in SCR status “deviation of reagent consumption” and only code the truck is giving is p24ff00.
