How much did your last in-frame cost?

I have a Cummins14 that needs a partial in frame any advice?

 

1995 Freightliner fld120

 

January of 2019 inframe 1999 Freightliner Fld 120 Cummins N14+, cost $10,500.000.
Rods, mains, pistons, heads, counter bore, shims, cooling nozzles and they had to polish the crank.
They also replaced all the coolant hoses.

 

parts are cheap if you can do the work yourself

 

My last inframe with new block and new radiator and egr system with 1 year warranty was $16k series 60 detroit diesel and d odo before overhaul, 999,990 and i put 800kmiles saddest part was he gone it got totaled last year, my baby still want to go but stupid muffler fell off in between cab and trailer it pushes inside cab and make a big hole,, =(

 

I was a service manager for international for some time, The ISX furl pump likes to grenade the cam, throws a rod and obviously tanks the engine. 40k for a new engine and no help from Cummins..

 

2011.c15 overhaul $18.500.
