Mortgage was 330 for 6 years paid 9 years early in full. Pa had 650 for 30 years and done a decade ago. Now it's property taxes and electric eating him alive along with the biannual oil fill.
The baltimore house I grew up in was built about 1920 and I think it was about 1100 retail which comes out roughly to 45000 in 2000's money.
