    I’m local, lots of hometime for me. And on that hometime, sometimes I’m wrenching, and it’s back to work the next day. And if I’m not wrenching on it , someone else is. Depends on the job and how tired I am. Then it’s still back to work the next day. Part of running independently.

    All I aspire to be is a real O/O that can take hometime when he wants.

    Now the OM wants me to get up super early tomorrow so I can get the entire truck washed, under carriage and all.

    This guy has some nerve.
