How much is your weekly check?

lol just now reading the comments. Guys this isnt rocket science. Knight, Prime, TMC, AR logistics, ATS transport are the companies paying new guys $1000 a week out of school. I am an OTR driver. Starting pay at Knight is .38cpm. Knight Transportation and Knight Refrrigatored is 2 different companies owned by the same person. I do not know what a dry van guy starts with. Now at .38cpm all i need is 2800 miles a week to gross $1000. Since im on per diem i am not paying full taxes as the goverment allows us about $55 a day or something.



2812 x .38cpm = $1068.56 gross. After tax+ perdiem I net $915 dollars. This load only took 4 days to do and i was a drop and hook at a macy drop yard. That left me 3 more days to run another 1500 miles.

Also the reason CR England is in business is because 95% of new people do not ask about pay. They dont relize that .25cpm is lower than .38cpm. TMC and Prime is close to .42cpm starting. Also Knight brokers all there loads. They are getting $2.00+ per mile.

 

O and thats without detention pay as its hard to collect any detention pay here. Maybe $20 every now and then

 

Also if you ever watch sinnizster on youtube he is making almost $2000 a week and people wonder why after 2 yrs company he is still company driver

 

lol i know he has almost been fired. I got $2000 because they give him extra pay that us other drivers dont get. Layover pay if he gets to reciever 1 day early (-_-). He gets detention for every stop pass 2hrs. Then runs almost 500 miles a day. Now his check is probably shorter because he has child support, benefits being taken out but if it was someone that dont have those things like me i would be getting way more cash.
