    I believe we pay 25% but the drivers use conestogas so there's no tarping.
    On the trucks that are leased to a company that pays by the mile, the drivers are also paid by the mile.

    26% is about right. I got that 10 years ago with SMX out of Ft. Dodge, Ia. You could just pay him mileage, even if you get paid percentage.
