How much tread does this tire have?

Change em in a couple months before winter and throw any with legal tread on a spare rack on a trailer would be my answer

 

Check the tread depth gauge on a flat table top or surface before dipping it in the tread groove. Make sure it is at 0. Most have to be calibrated out of the package.

 

The steel cords ain’t showing yet, they’ll show and be ready for when Winter comes.

 

DOT will #### you if your tread is below 4/32nd on the front or 2/32nd on the drives or trailer tires at the lowest point on the tire. Buy a tread depth gauge and see how low they are. Don't take the chance in getting a massive fine because your company sucks.

If it goes flat He'll have to replace it. Easier than arguing with the boss. Gee I have a flat, I had a time at Primm Nevada when my powder train had 6 flats, must have been somthing in the road.
