Change em in a couple months before winter and throw any with legal tread on a spare rack on a trailer would be my answer

Thanks everyone for your responses. I bought a tire depth checker on amazon, I'll post back here with the exact numbers when it comes in.

Check the tread depth gauge on a flat table top or surface before dipping it in the tread groove. Make sure it is at 0. Most have to be calibrated out of the package.

Came in to work today and all 8 tires were changed, also the tire depth checker came in. Looks like I'll be good for a while

If it goes flat He'll have to replace it. Easier than arguing with the boss. Gee I have a flat, I had a time at Primm Nevada when my powder train had 6 flats, must have been somthing in the road.
