How much weight can I haul in TX??

    going to Texas for the month with end dump I know on highways meaning interstates is 80000? What can I haul on back roads and local roads ? Please help !!! Thanks

    80,000. Looking at the permits site divisible loads are max 84,000 for blanket permits and up to 10% over on axle groups so a little under 38,000 on a tandem, but not over gross.

    Stay off of load-zoned roads and load-zoned bridges unless you have a Weight Tolerance Permit. If you have one, you can haul 84,000 on state roads and farm roads, but the Interstate is always 80,000.
