Once again I would like to point out that since the driver is the only revenue source for the company the driver is the one who pays, indirectly, for everything.
How often does your company pay for a truck wash?

Twice a month.

I've never really gotten a clear answer on that. Sometimes I get it washed once a week, sometimes I'll go 3-4 weeks. Whenever it gets looking funky I get it washed. Usually get the trailer exterior washed at the same time. My terminal manager has never said anything to me so I guess I haven't run up the Blue Beacon bill too much.

At TMC you can wash eery week and are required to every 2 weeks.

Trailer as needed or required for reefer, inside and out, they pay for. The tractor for a company driver I believe it was once a month and they pay for this. Tractor as l/O driver pays for, and on meat loads it may mean ASAP.

They wash it whenever I ask them too when Im at a terminal, but since its the dirt that holds my truck together I don't have it washed.... ever.
Every time I do the ###### thing breaks down.... and its not just one truck.
