    I once got a $3.07 check.
Took some time off and just made a run to Phoenix before the end of the pay period. Queen Bee and Uncle Sam get theirs before I get mine.

I've never had a check like that. Of course if I took off a whole week yes , between insurance and stuff I would owe money no doubt, but so far the most time I've missed was 6 days, and I still pulled 2 loads and my check was still over 300. I was still upset about that check too. Life stops at 0.00 per check.

If you did one whole year for 30k (which is better than flipping chicken burgers) Why haven't you moved on to a better company?

Most companies take a year. Mine does and I heard the first year is nothing worth bragging about.

We do. It's an average of your weekly pay over the last year. We can't take single days we have to take the whole week.

    A week after a year, 2 weeks after 2 and 3 after 5

I would imagine many of them are lease/Ops who have truck payments and fixed expenses that don't stop just because the truck did.......or they work for bottom feeder companies who don't offer those kind of benefits and take too many days in a row off. It's very possible to see a 0 check under those conditions.

That said, I work for a top tier company with an outstanding benefit package......but if I need to take an extra day on hometime I don't get paid for it. Even my training company had paid vacation. I've never seen a $0 check.

    Find another job.
There's no reason to stay at that company. Never abandon a truck.
