My company pays a weekly rate for vacation. I'm eligible for two weeks now. If we don't use it it gets paid on the next check after our anniversary.

Reimburse you? So you are making money every week but you're paying out of pocket for things and not getting paid back as soon as you would like?

Our trips have to be turned in by Friday at midnight to get paid the next Thursday.
Say I get home Friday, scan my paperwork, and take 5 days off, (they'll let us take extra time off) leaving out on a Thursday with a longer load that delivers on Saturday or later, or it delivers Friday and I don't scan the paperwork in.
    I'll have a zero paycheck,
    Or,
I sell my vacation about as soon as I can, but still have the days to take off later, since I done been paid, when I take the week off, zero pay.
So it can happen, but 30,000 seems low for staying out a year, I think I made 40 to 42,000 my first 12 months at PAM and that was at 28 to 32 cents a mile, but then it was paper logs and we could really cheat if we wanted
