How real is this going to get? Schneider Bulk Training?

Any advice from an tanker who is with Schnieder?

 

Some places don't allow facial hair. AT ALL.

Some companies haul oil and also don't allow facial hair.

 

Come on driver, I have been in a hotel for the past two weeks waiting for my new truck to be repaired. I am being paid regardless if I'm in the hotel or in the truck and I'll bet you are being paid too. No way I can complain about sitting in a hotel and being paid while drinking beer and surfing this wonderful site. Chin up driver...it will be fine.

 

Dont you already have a total stranger in your room now, with the 2 to a room training they do?

 

If you're that acquainted with the hotel staff I'd advise you to keep a much lower profile. Remember what you're there for, you aren't allowed to drink for a reason. Stay focused. Amd learn as much as possible. Being uncomfortable is when i make the most advances in life. Staying in a hotel and living on a trainers truck is all a part of the process. I myself was completely out of my comfort zone sleeping 2 feet above a guy i had just met 10 hours before but my trainer and i helped each other pass the time, he taught me a ton and i legitimately view him as a friend. If your trainer is giving you an honest effort in terms of teaching you the trade just take it for what it is causewhen you leave jis rig and get your own, i promise you your 1st few weeks you'll be trying to remember everything he showed you and texting him about the things you cant remember. Long story long: EMBRACE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE
