    Way to much work. I've had tenants. Eviction is to difficult. What you do is fill a red gas can with water. Knock on door and ask them to leave. If they tell you to piss off, start dumping the water out and yell "Your leaving one way or another"! Act like your trying to lite it. When cops show up. It's just water.
