It's a little over 2 years old and is shown clearly on my 3 year report. It's proving to be difficult to find specific information but it definitely wouldn't slip under their radar.

That wouldn't be too hard for recruiter to find since it's fairly recent.you can get a copy of your mvr at your local DMV center.if you can remember where the ticket was issued and the county you may have better luck locating the info you need.

I called about 1 that was five years old and they had the info on it.
Its not that hard to track down IF you really wanna find it.

Different stuff happens in different jurisdictions. Get a ticket in LA County, and you shouldn't have any trouble finding the info. Get a ticket in say Goldfield, NV, and it can be a whole different world.
Where were you, and do you know which agency issued the ticket? If you know that, and the date, you really shouldn't have too much problem in tracing it down. As was said, call the agency that gave you the ticket. From them, if you can't find out anything, at least find out what traffic court would have handled it. The court absolutely SHOULD have a record of it.

I can narrow it down to 2 maybe 3 counties and about 6 suburbs. Strangely enough the only district court matchinng the 3 digit number on my printout is in Austin, when this happened within an hour of Dallas. That can't be right?

I'll see what I can find out when they open in the morning...

    Soooo trrruuuueeee.

Even when you get hired and say it is 557 miles to get around that rock slide your dispatcher will check it.

(I would always put 557 miles because I knew they were gonna ask the route the # of miles etc.... Every time!)

Hell it even showed up on my cheque one week. Did I call back in and be honest about fixing the mistake they made?

    Ummmmm hell no!

The recruiter has basically refused to continue the process unless I can have detailed information regarding the ticket. I mean I understand because for all they know I was doing over 9,000 the limit but I'm having a hell of a time finding any information on it. I just spent a good hour calling various municipal courts and nobody can find anything, nor point me in the right direction. I've tried every town that I was likely to pass through that fateful day 2 years ago, I remember it was while driving my ex to a dentist WAY TOO FAR AWAY because rich daddy insists we drive an hour away for that very skilled dentist... to do a general exam! I don't know what to do at this point except wait for it to fall off my record but I might enjoy the homeless lifestyle too much by then.

This ticket isn't any different then say you can't remember all the places you worked, the recruiter still wants you to find out, heck she'll look up your record anyway.companies lose alot of potential drivers because of this.

I looked up my own record as far as a 3 year printout goes and it's still too vague. The officer apparently reported it as an S93 violation which is a generic for speeding 1 mph to infinity. I wish the recruiter would tell me her secrets so I could do it mysef...
