Wait until you are parked at a rest area in North Dakota and it's 0 degrees outside and windy. You wake up 2AM having to pee. I hope you don't decide to leave your heated cab. Just fill a jug and go back to sleep.

LOL. I still get out even if it is 60 below, I have never to this day pissed in my truck, I did one time while stuck in traffic, go climb in my empty live bottom and take care of business. lol

This is what the good looking gal that manages a place up north told me a couple of weeks ago. If I was her I would have took this story to my grave. lol
She had come back to fairbanks and bought a brand new car and headed back, it was 30 or 40 below and blowing, but she had to go, so she opened her door and squatted next to the car, it not only blew all over her hair and face freezing, but her windshield too, so she could barely see going down the road. lol It melted off of her windshield but was all over her car for a while before it thawed. I told her I just wouldn't have admitted that one. lol

The japanese have a very real belief, tat isf a baby is concieved while the northern lights are dancing, it will be very intelligent. It is a popular thing for them to visit here during the winter, and it does not matter where they are or what they are doing, the northern lights gets going, so do they and they don't care who is there with them.
They will ride the tour bus up, and there are a few outhouses the state has put up there for them. They, for the most part do not like cold and buy enough gear to run the itidorod, when the tour bus stops at an out house, they willsuit up to where it probably takes ten minutes apiece to get to where they can use the outhouse once they get in, and every one of them get out and stand in line, no matter hw cold it is or the wind is blowing. I always get a kick out of seeing 20 or more of them standing in line when it would be so much easier and faster , not to mention warmer to sit on the bus and take turns. I have often thought, I hope this northern light deal works out for future generations of them. lol

there is (or was) a liquor distributor warehouse in CT i had to go to frequently.

THE ONLY WAY to get there, was to go take a left turn off the main street (rather than a right to the place)....then back down across the intersection all the way back INTO the yard sight sided....

talk about ticking off the people at the intersection..>!!!!

When I was delivering Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC, I was backing in and out of parking lots all day long!! Some across intersections or from a main road. Some of the busier roads, someone from the restaurant would come out and help(not really to stop traffic but to say when it was clear) Learned to do it QUICKLY. Meaning, once you committed and got set up, you had to move fast, without hesitation, cuz once you hesitated and cars start coming around you then you're screwed...
I was backing out of a KFC in Cambridge Mass once, and this woman starts yelling at me, says I almost hit her. She says she's an off duty cop and I can't do that without someone watching. So I said if you're a cop you can watch, and I kept backing out, then drove away...
