WOW!!! So much to sink in for sure. You verified a lot i heard in past when driving. Selling papers 1.5 to 8%. I'd probably have to do that as I don't have enough to finance everything to start-up. Your so right about Northeast. Last OTR job i had was for a company in Kearny, Nj just outside NTC. Freeking toll heaven everywhere. I'd surely avoid that area. I'm very confident after some time I'd be known reliable as you for the right brokers. I never was late for a load ever. I know how important that is. Even when company driver if I knew even cheating I couldn't make it I wouldn't accept load. I remember back in the day that Landstar was company to be with but i recently read some news they were sued by government. With a few other companies. Anyway..... Soaking all this in. Please keep messaging me with advice. I really appreciate it. All this makes me wonder how you and so many others learned all this to get started and come out ok. About to leave now to visit insurance to hopefully get idea and bank also. You think I should buy a trailer? Or just use everyone else's? Stay dry or refer? Your opinion. Thanks, I'll check back later. Stay safe and have great day.
