How to get unblacklisted from carrier 411

    Hello,
    My company CML trucking out of Florida has been blacklisted from carrier 411 and now I can't get loads. Back in August, we had our identity stolen and a guy was stealing loads under my authority in California. We have filed police reports and notified the brokers who experienced this theft. All is clear now however I am trying to get back into loading and brokers won't touch us because the carrier 411 has blacklisted us. I am unsuccessful at getting in touch with them. They just block the numbers I call from. Anyone have any idea on how to get this cleared up? Thank you in advance.

    Wouldn't doubt if they are a subsidiary to FreightGuard simply collecting money for the mother ship to remove claims. One big circle jerk.
