How to go about finding drivers

You could try www.truckpaper.com and post a job there. Or www.indeedjobs.com . Or your State Workforce Center maybe? Cant really think of anything else...Unless.. Treat your DRIVERS really..REALLY good..And word will certainly get around.

 

If you're company is great with the drivers, you wouldnt have to seek out any. They all would come recommended by your very own happy drivers.

How many drivers from here haven't followed their buddies to greener pastures?

 

exactly..that's the way the ones of us that have had jobs we were able to work at until retirement got ours..from a buddy on the inside.

 

OP is requesting info but not giving enough info: I came to this post looking for a web site, telephone number or something. How about a quick reply with more details (catch phrase/ words to grab attention). i.e. Hansen Trans, a private owned company based in such and such, is looking for experienced drivers in the following States; Summarize what it is you do and what equipment you have (model, year, transmission etc), how long you require the driver to stay out, pay, benefits AND A TELEPHONE NUMBER helps. This site has some advantages but you have to give a little more info other than come drive for us..etc..............Aim High

 

Offer good pay and benefits. You would have a pile of applications to get picky with.
