Idle the truck without damaging the engine. I have only been able to get it to idle for more than 5 mins if the RPMs are at 1500. Other than that I get up and push the clutch every 4 mins when my alarm goes off its a real pain in the backside.

You have idle shut down enabled. You need to get that parameter changed. You need to see someone who can connect to it with Insite and program the changes you want.

Some one that mods ECM's right? I betting the company has a password on the trucks computer.

It cost about $100 to make it happen. In pto mode the ECM knows to keep the engine running at a preset RPM, other than that it's looking for driver input within a certain time limit.
All you need is a timer relay wired to closed the clutch circuit every 4 minutes. Turn it on and it will cycle at whatever time you set it. I do the same with my APU only difference is that I cycle at 30%.
I use an Omron 12v twin timer relay but I think all you would need is a single timer and a terminal block for the wire connection.

Can you try to find the clutch switch and see how many wires there are? If it's 2 wires as I think it will be quite simple, 3 or more wires and some testing will be necessary. Take a couple of clear pics. of the switch connector and we'll go from there.

I have looked for wires in the past but the clutch is all linkage all the way in to the transmission. Ill give it another go though.

Edit: There is no clutch switch/button behind the clutch like you would see in a car.

The clutch switch will be touching the clutch pedal under the dash or on the linkage outside.
