How do you know the pass you are approaching is closed? There's a freaking line of trucks ahead of you as far as you can see and nobody's moving.

Must vary by state then.

When I dial 511 I get “welcome to Verizon wireless. Your call cannot be completed as dialed.”

Then you have this. I know it’s old, but apparently it’s still true.

Verizon callers can't get the 411 from 511 service
