Well...just say no. You gave notice, cleaned out the truck (presumably on their property) and didn't abandon a load. Done.
How to quit?

"Yesterday was my last day" would work for me.
The last time I quit, I gave two weeks notice and even then, it took them four weeks to get me routed to one of their yards. I think they wanted me to abandon the truck somewhere - doing that will kill any chance you have of getting rehired anywhere - but I wasn't going to go for it.Last edited: Jan 23, 2015

Yes. They had me drop it at our drop yard here in CR. Keys on the dipstick as requested. I was not under a load (they had me bt home from DSM).

Then you are done, DAC or not, screw'em. I'd nary worry about them anymore.
Best of luck at your new job, say hello to Jeb for me, will ya? -
Who is Jeb? Also what if they screw with my dac?
-
Oh for crying out loud, well I should have realized, that you are starting Monday, and you didn't know Jeb, but when you meet him, tell him I said hello? And ask him for me for his new email address, then PM me with it?
Forget about DAC, if they were to try and screw you, you can always inform DAC about it, then they HAVE TO investigate your claim. But they most likely won't do or say anything bad about you.
Tell you what too, that Jeb is a hoot, you're gonna like him!
