Bleach, water and a little bit of Dawn...use to clean fish holds with this mixture...got a rotten trash smell out of a wood floor trailer for me once. Bottom of the scrap cardboard bails had sat in some funky juice...smelled like the dumpster at a seafood restaurant in August.

Get a pump sprayer and buy something in bulk like febreeze or whatever is cheap. And spray right before pickup.

There is a company called Eats Oil that makes enzyme based products. They make one product called Super Carpet Fresh or something like that. It works wonders. A friend of mine uses it in his business and he had a client call for odor removal because the neighbor's house burned and the heat broke one of their windows letting in a lot of smoke. It was so bad they could not stay in the house very long. It took him 3 hours to spray the entire interior of the house including everything that was in there from clothing to furniture to walls and ceilings. By the time he was done, the smell was gone. A little goes a lonngg way.

It is bacteria that causes odor... anywhere.. inside of trailers, in our trucks and homes.. shoes.. trash cans... it is all bacteria causing odors... so you need to use something that kills bacteria .. if it kills the bacteria it will neutralize the odor... make it go away... white vinegar kills bacteria. . It has been used for centuries ... it is the main ingredient in the Four Thieves bug spray... which is what they used back in the day of the Black Plague to keep flies and mosquitoes away as well as stay alive and from getting the plague while they robbed the dead victims of the plague. ..

I keep a spray bottle of white vinegar and water in my truck and clean my truck with it daily.... works great on windows and mirrors. .. and I am absolutely positive that it is because of the wbite vinegar and water wash.. is why I don't get sick... no colds... no flu... no stomach viruses...

Seriously.. all you need is white vinegar and water... it works and is probably the cheapest as well...
