How to solve all the problems a strike will not

I agree no to cheap frieght, my dads friend is leased to a small company, he went from baltimore, md to dallas texas. and back, His check was 1200 bucks for 2 weeks it averages out to about.88 cents a mile (he doesnt listen to anybody and wonders why he is in banruptcy and giving up his truck, he doesnt deserve to be an O/O IMO) but anyway he got 200 dollars thats right 200 dollar fuel surcharge each way when he is supposed to get 100% of the surcharge and he isnt even fighting it at .60 cent a mile f/s he should have gotten an 808 dollar f/s, but like i said he dodnt fight it,200 bucks doesnt even give you 1/4 of a tank. I cant wait till he gets out of it along with his company cuz that guys business is failing also.when they r done more freight for us
