    Yes it does,real easy to the point you don't even think about how to back you just do it.Everything for me anyway became second nature.

    You can do it,i just takes time and practice.There's nothing wrong with asking drivers for help just don't let them back your trk.That is a huge NO NO and could result in immediate termination if another driver sees that.But never trust a drivers judemt completely,you need to use some common sinceGOAl is what is used alot in this industry including by your company.So practice those words often till you understand them in your sleep.You should always GOAl when backing meaning have your flashers on put it in park get out and look at your trailer and the spot you're backing into rather then being lazy and just guessing without getting out and looking first.

    You mean neutral? I don't do autos. Auto are for lazy people who don't like/ cant drive.


    P.s I can drive. Just can't back worth a #### lol


    Edit. This may be infamitory so I'd like to add that this is just my opinion on transmissions, and not the amazing people here. I feel the same about cars.
