how to tell the company appreciates the driver

    I agree. The statement in the pic in the OP sounds like that of an exasperated boss who has just had it up to his rear with uncaring drivers.

    I agree. That's just poor management if they have to last resort to such threats. A good boss can get the drivers to keep the trucks clean with out going there.

    It definitely sounds like a LTL slip seat.
