Altimeter Transport,Eugene Oregon. accounts at all TA truckstops for minor repairs Kenworth gold card for anything else. own shop at yard for most things when you come thru, but but if you breakdown on the road, call dispatch to let them know the status of the load and get it fixed!!!! no questions,no hassle. But then again they only have 50 trucks!:biggrin_25519:

    Bit slow, not bad though.

Middle of February, and have made $7600 YTD. Before taxes of course.

Little update, and maybe you guys have some advise.

I was to return to work on 2-9, I talked to dispatch and offered to come back on 2-6 so they began looking for a new co-driver and new truck for me.

I go into the lead driver classat the end of Feb. so finding a co-driver was very difficult. Finally I asked if they had anyone sitting in Cedar Rapids that might need a temp guy. They did, so he and I talked and decided to team up for a couple weeks. They found him a truck, but the brakes were shot and the trans quit on his test drive. So they began looking for a new truck. Found one at a diff yard and were having it shipped to him. Meanwhile his perm co-driver was released and ready to return to work.

Now it is 10 days past when I was to return to work, I am sitting here bored out of my mind. I tried calling another company and of course because I am under contract no one can talk to me. Last month my earnings were less than my deductions. This month is half over and I have yet to get out there.
