Hey Toby, in my lifetime, I've learned that whenever someone acts out in any kind of way that is not fashionable, then there is something deep down that's wrong with them. Maybe she's unhappy with her job and/or her life at home, so now she feels like she has to make yours unpleasant as well. When I used to work at Fed Ex, I had customers like that, but the way I used to get back, would be to just act as though the way they were acting or what they were saying did not affect me in any way. When they saw that they couldn't get under my skin, and no matter what, I was going to be happy, it tore them up inside. You see, the good thing about driving is that you are out in the beautiful weather and seeing the sights and hearing the sounds of the city, and you only have to deal with negative people for a few minutes at a time, whenever you make delivery stop.... I just feel sorry for the people who have to work with her for a whole 8 hours.....Oh man, I just had a scary thought****WHAT ABOUT HAVING TO WORK OVERTIME WITH HER!!!!****** OH NOOOOO! Just kill her with kindness.....And don't let anybody steal your joy.... Be blessed!!!
How would you handle this? Please comment.
